A Career Built on Two Complementary Perspectives

From Evaluating Businesses to Leading Revenue Performance

The foundation of WeZee Performance was formed through two distinct chapters of Brad Wiese’s career.

THE FIRST HALF

• Evaluating Businesses

THE SECOND HALF

• Leading Revenue-Producing Organizations

TOGETHER

These experiences created a perspective few advisors can offer: financial and business evaluation combined with firsthand responsibility for leading revenue-producing organizations.

Evaluating Businesses

More Than 20 Years in Banking Leadership

Brad built a banking career that ultimately led to serving as a C-level banking officer. Across multiple industries, Brad evaluated financial performance, profitability, leadership effectiveness, operational discipline, revenue generation, and growth opportunities.

THE BANKING PERSPECTIVE

  • • Financial analysis
  • • Profitability evaluation
  • • Margin awareness
  • • Risk assessment
  • • Leadership evaluation
  • • Growth planning
  • • Operational discipline

WHAT IT TAUGHT BRAD

  • • Look beyond surface symptoms
  • • Find underlying performance drivers
  • • Connect decisions to financial outcomes
  • • Balance opportunity with risk
  • • Evaluate long-term sustainability

Leading Revenue Performance

North American Sales Leadership

Following banking, Brad moved from evaluating business performance to leading the organizations responsible for producing it.

As Vice President of North American Sales for companies selling some of the most expensive products in the world, Brad led nationwide organizations in premium markets where profitability, trust, buyer confidence, and disciplined execution mattered every day.

His experience also included negotiating and closing complex, high-value transactions with demanding institutional and government buyers, including the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and New York City Transit Authority.

A PRINCIPLE THAT STILL SHAPES THE WORK

Significant buying decisions are rarely driven by price alone. Trust, confidence, value communication, and the ability to reduce perceived risk often determine the outcome.

Whether the buyer was a government agency, a large institution, or an individual making a significant purchase, the underlying principles were remarkably similar: trust, confidence, value, and perceived risk influenced the final decision.

THE REVENUE PERSPECTIVE

  • • High-value buyer behavior
  • • Premium positioning
  • • Complex institutional transactions
  • • Value communication
  • • Revenue generation
  • • Margin protection
  • • Sales execution

LEADERSHIP IN PRACTICE

  • • Team accountability
  • • Revenue predictability
  • • Complex negotiations
  • • Stakeholder alignment
  • • Growth management
  • • Leadership communication
  • • Performance management
  • • Disciplined execution
The second chapter created the Revenue Performance Lens.

Real-World Experience Through Changing Markets

Experience Comes From Living Through Both the Highs and the Lows

Across banking and sales leadership, Brad has experienced periods of strong growth, changing demand, increasing competition, margin pressure, and performance that needed to improve.

WHAT CREATES MOMENTUM

  • • Clear value communication
  • • Buyer confidence
  • • Leadership alignment
  • • Accountability
  • • Consistent execution

WHAT HELPS RESTORE IT

  • • Identify underlying causes
  • • Protect the fundamentals
  • • Make informed decisions
  • • Focus on controllable actions
  • • Execute consistently over time
Brad has seen what creates momentum, what erodes it, and what helps organizations regain traction.
WHY WEZEE PERFORMANCE EXISTS

Built in Response to a Growing Need

Why WeZee Performance Exists

WHY IT BEGAN

  • • Former employers
  • • Business owners
  • • Industry peers
  • • Professional contacts
  • • Even competitors

Recently, Brad noticed something interesting.

More and more people were reaching out seeking guidance, perspective, leadership support, and business advice. What started as an occasional conversation became a recurring pattern.

Some organizations explored opportunities for Brad to join their leadership teams. Others wanted help understanding what was preventing better results.

WHY IT BEGAN

WeZee Performance was not created as part of a grand business plan. It was created out of necessity.

PHILOSOPHY

The WeZee Performance Philosophy

Understand First. Recommend Second.

Every business has different products, buyers, markets, competitive pressures, margins, sales processes, leadership priorities, and growth objectives.

THE PROCESS

01
First, understand your business.
02
Then, provide meaningful recommendations.
03
Then, earn the right to help further.

THE STANDARD

• Insight
• Relevance
• Demonstrated value
• Practical recommendations
• Earned confidence
Brad believes long-term relationships should be earned through insight, relevance, and demonstrated value, not secured before the business is understood.
